Refund Policy


All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of our products - especially food items and baking supplies - we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Please take a moment to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

That said, we care about your experience and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right or you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us at sweet.addiction.to@gmail.com. We will always do our best to help.

International Orders

For customers outside of Canada, please be aware that your country may charge customs, duty or import fees when your package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you choose not to pay these fees and the package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, the items will be restocked. However, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier. In this case, no refunds will be issued - but we will offer store credit for the original order subtotal (before taxes and shipping fees). Please note: any return shipping charges will be deducted from that store credit amount.
