Shipping Policy


Thank you for choosing Sweet Addiction! We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to set the right expectations.

Processing Times

Orders are processed in the order they are received. We aim to get your goodies out the door as quickly as possible, but please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping. During high-volume periods, this may be slightly extended.

For freeze-dried candy orders, we prioritize freshness. We always try to pack and ship these items in a way that ensures you're receiving the best quality product possible.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

All orders are shipped with Canada Post or another trusted carrier. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Please note: once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer in control of delivery times. Weather conditions, holidays or other unexpected carrier delays may impact when your order arrives. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address

Please take a moment to carefully review your shipping details before completing your order. Be sure to double-check house or apartment numbers, street names, city or town spelling and especially postal or ZIP codes. We ship to the address exactly as it is entered during checkout and do not verify address accuracy on our end.

If incorrect information is provided, Sweet Addiction is NOT responsible for delivery issues or delays. The customer assumes full responsibility for any postage fees associated with redirected or returned deliveries and no refunds will be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

International Orders

If you are ordering from outside of Canada, your local customs office may charge import or duty fees when your package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you choose not to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, your items will be restocked and you will be issued a store credit for the value of your original order (excluding shipping and taxes). Any return shipping fees billed to us by the carrier will be deducted from your store credit.

Local Pickups

We offer local pickup from Monday to Friday between 9 AM to 8 PM. Weekend pickups may be available upon request.  Please send us an email and we will always try to accommodate your request within reason.
